"Administering Body" signifies the Governing Body of the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal established under Article 3 of the Statutes connecting with the Faculty. "Leading group of Studies" signifies the Board of Studies delegated by the Governing Body under the Bye-Laws. "Secretary" signifies the Secretary of the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal. "Endorsed Training Institution'' implies an establishment supported by the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal to prepare in Diploma in Operation Theater Technology Course: (DOTT). "Top of the Institution" signifies the Head of the endorsed preparing establishment with the end goal of Diploma in Operation Theater Technology. Conduct of Examination for the Diploma Course: No individual other than an understudy borne on the job of a supported preparation organization and concentrating in that at that point, will be qualified for showing up at the assessment held by the Governing Body of the Faculty. Each understudy after induction into the course of study in a supported Institution will apply in the recommended structure through the Superintendent/Director of the Institution with a charge of Rs 500/ - to have his/her name enrolled in the Students Register kept up with by the Governing Body. An enrollment authentication bearing the chronic number distributed to the understudy will be shipped off him/her through the Head of the Institution. There will be two assessments Preliminary and Final. The assessment will be held double a year at such a general setting as not set in stone by the Governing Body.
